Position Summary
The Operations Analyst is a key member of the Operations Department supporting high volume payment processing activities and database and processing systems. The Operations Analyst supports the transaction reconciliation of receipts, the disbursement of funds, and the associated reporting of these activities for a client base of primarily Fortune 500 corporations. As an Operations Analyst, you will create reports, resolve staff and client issues, and monitor back-end processes. This position will support payment processing activities through hands on systems integration.

The ideal candidate will have superior organizational skills and experience which displays detail-oriented aptitude. Job applicant should also be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Requested Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Bachelor?s degree in information systems, business, or field which demonstrates aptitude in critical thinking and detail-orientation
2. A minimum of 1-2 years of job experience. Exceptional recent college graduate with some professional experience in an office setting is ideal. Non-traditional experience demonstrating aptitude will also be considered.
3. Experience with Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet or database tools
4. Superior organizational skills
5. Comfortable working within a growing and entrepreneurial organization
6. Energetic and results-oriented
7. Strong experience with relational databases
8. Strong written and oral communication skills
9. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
10. Ability to quickly learn and master proprietary web-based systems and other tools
11. Ability to work under deadlines and maintain poise in high pressure situations
12. Keen interest in finance

Bonus Qualifications
Priority consideration will be given to individuals with the following skills:
1. Experience with Microsoft Access, CRM, or other database-oriented software.
2. Accounting and bookkeeping experience and education
